At Bitsler, we handle the personal information of Pakistani players with care and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, how it is stored and protected, and what rights you have over your own information. We have written this document in plain English rather than legal jargon so that every player can actually understand it.
Before you read the full policy, here are the six most important things Bitsler does to keep your data safe and your privacy intact.
All data transmitted between your device and Bitsler's servers is encrypted using TLS. This applies to every page on the platform — your login, your deposit flow, your account settings and every game round you play. Unencrypted connections are not accepted. Sensitive fields like passwords and payment details are hashed and never stored in readable form on any Bitsler system.
Bitsler stores player data in access-controlled, encrypted databases. Internal access is limited strictly to staff whose job function requires it — a customer support agent can see your account information, but not your stored payment credentials. Databases are backed up regularly and backup files are encrypted with the same standards as live data. Physical server access requires multi-factor authentication.
Bitsler does not sell personal data to any third party under any circumstances. Your name, contact number, email address, payment history and game activity are never sold to advertisers, data brokers, marketing platforms or any other commercial entity. The only third parties who receive any portion of your data are payment processors required to complete your transactions, and they are contractually bound to the same privacy standards.
Every Bitsler player has the right to access their data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of marketing communications — all without needing a reason. These rights are available through your account settings or by emailing support@bitsler.ws. Bitsler will respond to data requests within 30 days and process deletions within 60 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Promotional emails and SMS messages from Bitsler are sent only to players who have opted in during registration or subsequently enabled them in account settings. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link that takes immediate effect. Bitsler does not purchase phone number lists or email lists and does not send unsolicited communications of any kind to people who have not registered an account.
Bitsler collects only the data that is genuinely necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud. We do not collect data speculatively or in case it might be useful later. When a data field is not required for account operation, it is not made mandatory and is not collected by default. This minimal-collection approach is the most reliable form of data protection.
Bitsler ("we", "us", "the platform") operates the online gaming website at bitsler.ws. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Bitsler is the data controller — meaning we determine what data is collected and how it is used. This Privacy Policy applies to all persons who register an account on the platform, visit the website without an account, or interact with any Bitsler service.
This policy is written specifically with our Pakistani player base in mind. Where Pakistani law imposes specific obligations on how we handle the personal information of Pakistani citizens, those obligations are incorporated into this document. If you have any questions about how your data is handled that are not answered by this page, contact us at support@bitsler.ws and we will respond within five working days.
Bitsler collects personal information in several ways — directly from you when you register and use the platform, automatically through standard web technologies, and from payment processors when you make deposits or withdrawals.
Registration data — collected when you create your account:
Verification data — collected when identity checks are required:
Activity data — collected automatically during your use of the platform:
Every piece of data Bitsler collects has a specific, documented purpose. We do not collect data without a clear reason, and we do not use data for purposes beyond those listed here without first updating this policy and notifying registered players.
| Data Type | Primary Purpose | Legal Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Registration details | Account creation and management | Contract |
| Date of birth | Age verification (18+ requirement) | Legal obligation |
| ID documents | Identity and KYC verification | Legal obligation |
| Payment details | Processing deposits and withdrawals | Contract |
| Login and IP data | Security monitoring and fraud prevention | Legitimate interest |
| Game activity data | Responsible gaming monitoring, dispute resolution | Contract + Legal |
| Support records | Customer service continuity and quality | Legitimate interest |
| Marketing preferences | Promotional communications | Consent only |
Bitsler does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legally significant effects without human review. Where automated tools are used — for example, in fraud detection — a member of the security team reviews any flag before action is taken against an account.
Payment processing on Bitsler is handled through integrated gateways for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Each of these payment methods has its own data processing standards and privacy policies governing how transaction data is handled on their side.
On the Bitsler side, we record transaction metadata — including the amount, timestamp, payment method type and transaction status — necessary to manage your account balance and resolve any disputes. We do not store complete card numbers or full mobile wallet credentials in our databases. Payment details that pass through Bitsler's systems are tokenised immediately and the raw credentials are not retained after the transaction is processed.
All payment transactions are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring. Unusual transaction patterns — including multiple failed deposits, rapid deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests, or transactions inconsistent with a player's previous activity — may trigger a review. Bitsler is obligated to report certain transactions to relevant financial authorities where required by law. This is not discretionary.
Bitsler uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform reliably, maintain your session between pages, and understand how the platform is being used so we can improve it. The categories of cookies used are as follows:
Bitsler does not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or any cookie technology designed to track your behaviour on websites other than bitsler.ws. You can review and manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies entirely may prevent some platform features from working correctly.
Bitsler shares personal data with third parties only under the following specific, limited circumstances:
What we do not do: Bitsler does not sell personal data to any third party. We do not share player data with marketing agencies, social media platforms, advertisers or data aggregators. We do not allow third-party analytics tools to build individual player profiles from Bitsler data.
Bitsler retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by legal and regulatory obligations. The standard retention periods are as follows:
When retention periods expire, data is permanently deleted from active systems and from backup storage within the next scheduled backup rotation cycle. We do not archive data indefinitely.
Bitsler operates a layered security architecture designed to protect player data against both external threats and internal misuse. The key measures in place include:
In the event of a data security incident affecting player accounts, Bitsler will notify affected players within 72 hours of confirming the breach, describe what data was affected, explain what action has been taken, and provide guidance on any protective steps players should take.
As a Bitsler player, you have the following rights over your personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting support@bitsler.ws or through the relevant settings in your account dashboard.
Request a copy of all personal data Bitsler holds about you, including what it is and why it is held.
Ask us to correct any inaccurate data held about you. This can be done directly in account settings for most fields.
Request deletion of your personal data. We will delete within 60 days, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.
Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format that you can transfer to another service.
Object to processing of your data for marketing or other legitimate interest purposes. Objections are respected without penalty.
Request that processing of your data be paused while a dispute or correction request is being resolved.
Bitsler will respond to all data rights requests within 30 calendar days. If a request requires additional time — for example, a large data export or a complex deletion involving multiple systems — we will acknowledge the request within 10 days and provide an estimated completion date.
Bitsler sends promotional emails, SMS messages and in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, VIP Club updates and special events. These communications are sent only to players who have consented to receive them. Consent is obtained during registration through a clearly labelled optional checkbox — it is not pre-ticked and is never a condition of registration or account use.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by:
Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your ability to receive account-critical communications — transaction confirmations, security alerts, withdrawal notifications and support responses are sent regardless of marketing preference settings, as they are necessary for account operation.
Bitsler is strictly for individuals aged 18 and over. The platform does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered an account, all associated data will be deleted immediately, the account will be permanently closed, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method.
If you have reason to believe that a person under 18 is using a Bitsler account, please contact support@bitsler.ws immediately with as much detail as you can provide. We take underage gambling seriously and will investigate all such reports promptly.
Bitsler may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law, or improvements to our data practices. When material changes are made to this document, registered players will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The date at the top of this page always shows when the policy was last updated. If you continue using Bitsler after the effective date of an updated policy, you are accepting the updated version. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may close your account before the effective date — your data will be handled under the prior policy version for the purposes of that closure.
For any questions, concerns or requests related to this Privacy Policy or how Bitsler handles your personal data, please contact us through the following channels:
When submitting a data rights request by email, please include your registered email address and a brief description of your request. You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your rights, though additional context helps us process requests more quickly.
If you are not satisfied with how Bitsler has handled a privacy concern after following the above process, you may escalate the matter to a senior review team. Details of the escalation process are available through the support team on request.
